All of our chainmail is made from 304 grade stainless steel. While most of our pendants are also stainless steel, some may be composed of other materials, which will be specified in the product descriptions of each item. 

Stainless Steel Care

Stainless steel has great durability and is also hypoallergenic. Unlike other materials, stainless steel has high water and tarnish resistance, making it very easy to look after. Even though the material is extremely sturdy, it still needs to be cared for in order to keep your pieces looking great and lasting longer. We recommend these tips;

• Remove your jewellery before contact with water. While your pieces can be worn around water, frequent exposure may dull the finish over time. If your jewellery becomes wet, dry it completely with a soft cloth.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and chlorine. 
• Store your jewellery in its original box when not in use. Storing jewellery loosely with other metal items can cause scratching or tangling. 
• If needed, gently clean your jewellery with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Ensure the piece is fully dry before storing. Avoid using harsh scouring pads or chemical cleaners.

With proper care, your piece will age beautifully and remain part of your collection for years to come.
