All jewellery is made to order, meaning your pieces are created after your purchase is placed.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be made and shipped. We endeavour to have your order shipped earlier than this where possible. 

PLEASE NOTE: Chokehold Chains is run by one woman! There may at times be delays in processing your order, so please be patient. While all orders are important and will be worked on in order of purchase, those who have paid for Express postage will be processed as top priority.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping time varies by location and are based off Australia Post estimates*:
Australia (Standard) 2-8 Business days
Australia (Express) 1-3 Business Days 
New Zealand (Standard) 4-7 Business days
United Kingdom (Standard) 4-7 Business days 
United States (Standard) 5-9 Business days

*All of these times do not include the time it takes for your order to be made.
